Welcome to my webpage!

I'm an assistant professor of finance at the McDonough School of Business, Georgetown University. My research interests are empirical asset pricing, with a particular focus in understanding what drives asset returns; risk-return trade-off; institutional investors; frictions in financial markets and their implications for market efficiency.

My recent research work includes the wisdom of the employee crowd on firm fundamentals and stock returns, the common risk factors in the cross-section of corproate bond returns, and the incentives of mutual funds holding lottery stocks. I received my Doctor of Philosophy in Finance from Emory University, Goizueta School of Business.
