I work on moral, political, and legal theory at Georgetown University, where I am the Robert L. McDevitt, K.S.G., K.C.H.S. and Catherine H. McDevitt L.C.H.S. Professor of Religious Philosophy.  I am also the editor of Faith and Philosophy.       my vita



With Christian Miller and Chris Tucker, I am co-organizer of the Theistic Ethics Workshop.  The fourth workshop will be held at Graylyn Conference Center at Wake Forest, October 6-8, 2018, and the confirmed speakers are William FitzPatrick, Kristen Irwin, Christian Miller, Connie Rosati, and Neal Tognazzini.  There are four slots open for submitted papers; the deadline to submit an abstract is May 1, 2018.  For complete details, see the workshop announcement.
